1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and bk8my ("bk8my", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bk8my.one.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the bk8my Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, including any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.

• You understand that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or playing. bk8my does not warrant the legality of access from any specific jurisdiction.

bk8my makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bk8my Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitute a material breach of these Terms. bk8my reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonus winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your bk8my account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bk8my of a security breach in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 15. bk8my will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bk8my is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (Malaysian NRIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bk8my accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method. bk8my does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as your bk8my account. bk8my reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise expressly stated. bk8my is not responsible for currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or charges levied by your payment provider.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bk8my reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bk8my are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible Members as determined by bk8my at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
• bk8my reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
• Multiple account holders, Members using shared IP addresses, and Members identified as acting in collusion may be disqualified from all promotional offers at bk8my's discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, coordinated betting, or use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bk8my Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sportsbook rules, and betting limits published on the Platform. Key general provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk8my does not accept cancellation requests for bets once the confirmation screen has been displayed.
• bk8my reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets affected by technical malfunctions — and to return the original stake to the Member's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, market, and time period. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.
• bk8my reserves the right to limit the bet size of any Member at any time and for any reason, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a system error or technical fault that affects game outcomes or odds, bk8my's decision regarding the resolution of affected bets shall be final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8my Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or system on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information, identity documents, or payment information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward bk8my staff, other players, or third parties via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk8my Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, trademarks, and data compilations — is the property of bk8my or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of bk8my.

9 Privacy & Data

bk8my collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk8my will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with our licensed payment providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

bk8my is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Members, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• bk8my's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12 Termination

bk8my reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account closure;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Your own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination, any verified real-money balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. bk8my reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.

13 Amendments

bk8my reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on record or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory obligation or to address security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk8my holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to bk8my's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by bk8my's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be binding.

Nothing in this section prevents bk8my from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm.
